The holistic therapy I offer considers the human being in all their dimensions — physical, emotional, mental, relational, and beyond. Rather than trying to “erase” a symptom, we listen to what the body and emotions are expressing.
Every pain, every tension, every form of fatigue carries meaning. Together, we explore this subtle inner language to help restore balance and connection.

My approach:
A living, integrative form of therapy that invites your nervous system back into balance.
In concrete terms, my coaching combines active listening, the exploration of emotional and relational patterns, nervous system regulation tools, grounding practices, conscious breathing, and mindfulness exercises.
I adapt to your rhythm and to what you need at the moment — offering a safe, supportive space where you can gently reconnect with yourself.

My approach helps you understand what’s happening inside you and offers concrete tools to soothe your system and regulate emotional responses.
- Soothing Anxiety, Fear and Emotional Fatigue: When anxiety, fear or emotional exhaustion begin to affect daily life, it’s essential to rebuild a relationship of trust with your body and inner experience. I offer a safe space to gently explore and support these states.
- Reconnecting with Yourself — Body, Intuition and Deep Needs: This work invites you to rediscover your inner rhythm, listen to your body as a guide, and reconnect with what feels alive within you. Step by step, you’ll find your way back to what nourishes you — and to what you truly need.
- Processing Everyday Traumas and Emotional Burdens: Using a trauma-sensitive approach, we gently explore the imprints left by shocks, micro-traumas, and the emotional weight that may have built up over time.
