Holistic
Therapy
A space for inner transformation – to reconnect with what feels alive within you.
“Reconnecting with yourself means following a subtle yet deep impulse, one that takes root in the body, unfolds in the heart, and opens a space for true inner transformation.”
You’re not alone!
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by tension, fear, racing thoughts, or intense emotions? Do you find yourself on edge, nervous, exhausted, without knowing why, or close to collapse?
Whether you’ve gone through shock, aggression, burnout, or a childhood marked by insecurity, the path to healing can feel fragile, uncertain, and at times deeply exhausting. Always on alert, hypersensitive, or reactive, you might start withdrawing from others, unable to find space for calm or clarity.
As a therapist specializing in stress, emotional regulation, and conflict dynamics, with a focus on nervous system regulation, I offer you a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself at your rhythm. A place to unwind, to feel grounded, to explore your inner resources and gently open the door to profound transformation.

🌿 FAQ
Nervous system regulation and online support
1. What is nervous system regulation?
Nervous system regulation is the process of helping your body shift from a state of stress or tension to a state of calm and inner ease. After prolonged stress or a difficult period, the nervous system can stay stuck in “alert” mode, even when the danger has passed.
By working on nervous system regulation, you support your body in returning to calm, managing emotions more effectively, and restoring a sense of internal balance.

2. What are the signs of an unbalanced nervous system?
When the nervous system is out of balance, it often shows up as physical tension, difficulty sleeping, racing thoughts, emotional sensitivity, or a sense of disconnection from the body.
These signals are your body’s way of inviting you to slow down and reconnect, so you can return to a more settled and grounded state.

3. Why is it important to regulate your nervous system?
Regulating your nervous system helps you feel safer in your body and in your life.
It calms strong emotions, reduces anxiety, and supports a peaceful connection with yourself.
